Our bespoke service means that each bride’s proposal and experience is unique. Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange an initial consultation either over the phone or at your wedding venue. We’ll chat through your wedding, what you currently have planned and any ideas you have about the flowers. If you’d like some ideas, we are more than happy to make some recommendations based on your vision of your wedding day, the venue and the dress. 

Once we have a clear idea what you’re looking for, we’ll send you a bespoke proposal detailing the different floral components you require. This can always be modified and tweaked to fit your budget as ideas often change. We ensure that we only have one wedding booked for that day so that we can guarantee a dedicated service to your wedding.  

Once you decide you would like Hibbert & Hagström as your wedding florist, a deposit of £250 is required to secure the date. Most of our clients have not set down exactly what flowers they would like at this point, but they are happy with the initial proposal and are committed to us being their wedding florist.

Now that your date has been secured, you will be invited to visit the flower market with Florence. This will be a chance for you to see all the different varieties of flowers as well as chat through your flower choices and ideas. This is a great excuse to see the London Flower Market at trading time and pick up some blooms for your home! 

Six weeks before your wedding, we will have confirmed all of your wedding flowers and require the full balance to be settled so that we can start ordering the perfect flowers for your wedding.
